Describe the Bug

A minecart on a rail does not drive into the cart assembler, no matter if its powered or not
it just stops on the last rail before (on the Out side of the assembler it will be pushed into the other drirection again)

Reproduction Steps

1. Place a cart assembler on any type of rail (any other than the controlled rail wont eject the cart if it is placed inside the assembler)
2. let a minecart drive into the assembler: wont work
3. place the minecart directly in the assembler: will work
4. Even a Contraption Minecart cant enter the assembler

Expected Result

THe Minecart to just go in the assembler and wait inside like it did in 1.16.5
