Backpacks won't open for me and loot chests either in certain areas

Describe the Bug
I don't know if its something to do with me, but backpacks won't open. Tried switching key binds because of the fact backpacks and waypoints share keybinds and that still didn't fix it. Even loot chests don't open in certain areas. Like I can open them one second or in one area and when I travel a bit further away I may not be able to open a loot chest in that area. Anyone know a fix to this or is it just something with my mods, I've tried everything with keybinds, Nothing seems to help with that.

1.Allow to open backpacks
2. Open loot chests anywhere and everywhere
3. Make steps to fix bug or problem
