crash when turning a powered spatial from ae2 anchor into a contraption

Describe the Bug
turning a powered applied energistics 2 spatial anchor (which is the ae2 chunk loader) into a contraption crashes the server
any other ae2 blocks I tried worked without problems, including spatial anchors which aren't powered
Reproduction Steps
- build a create contraption, e.g. with a minecart
- put a spatial anchor next to a creative cell on the contraption
- assemble the contraption
- server crashes
Expected Result
the spatial anchor getting turned into a contraption, like when it is not powered, and not crash
