A block of the entire network in sub-network part, and which the stressometer and the Speedometer only display the data from the subnet (setting via the Wrench: Subnet or Global)

I second this!
Would be awesome to have a "wrench option" (right click with Wrench over Stressometer) to change behaviour to "read the network" to "read the line" (not sure how it can be implemented this part, but an option would be "gating" the stressometer behind a Clutch or just allow the stressometer to "read" everything connected to them on one side so in that way you can "choose" if you want to read the consumption on the network or the capacity remaining)
