Describe the Suggestion

I have enchantments on my diving gear, but its low durability means that if I'm careless, it could be busted up underwater pretty easily. That's fine, but I would like to be able to repair it at an anvil with copper ingots, as it would make sense given the crafting recipe. This would also be helpful since Mending isn't practical in my case, for a few different reasons.
