Describe the Bug

Rope Pulley consideres flowing as source blocks, so instead of 10k source blocks for an infinite pond you need only 10-20 source
Don't know if it's a modpack related issue or create itself

Reproduction Steps

dig 14x14x52 hole
on layer 51 put blocks, place above some source blocks, let them flow so all 14x14 are occupied
dig the holding blocks on 51 away, now it flows everywhere down
put one source right where the rope nose is

Expected Result

this should not be considered as infinite because there are no 10k fluid source blocks
