Describe the Bug

Mechanical Mixer with unfiltered Basin that exporting items, such as belts, casing entity (mobs, items) to move in very stuttering way, which is not good.

Reproduction Steps

1. Perfectly normal Mechanical Mixer with Basin setup is required.

2. Make Basin automatically export finished products on belt, depot or whatsoever.

3. Be sure to keep Basin is not filtered with anything!

4. Just dig a small pool and watch a fish's movement, it should stutters.

5. Change or break any setup in step 1-3 above, the fish would be free and swim smoothly

Expected Result

Entities should not be stuttered in any circumstances.

Additional Context

Framerates and TPS is just fine, only entity movement is laggy.

To add to this. It seems that any mixer with nothing to do uses a LOT of server resources
