Lighting glitches out below Y0

Describe the Bug

As stated, lighting on contraptions seems to glitch in a weird, almost water-caustic-like way when below Y 0. This persists until the contraption is pulled back inty positive Y values.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Build any contraption, an elevator would be best for showcasing when it begins
  2. Dig a shaft down to bedrock, or anywhere below Y 0
  3. Activate the contraption to move it down below Y 0, note the shading on the contraption bugs out

Expected Result

Lighting should be properly consistent despite Y level
