Better Minecraft 1.18.2 v10 Crashing When Create and Flywheel installed/added

Describe the Bug
Not exactly sure if Create/Flywheel is causing my issue but what I am trying to do is get on my friend's Minecraft server that is using the Better Minecraft [FORGE] 1.18.2 v10 mod pack with Create, Flywheel (needed for Create), and Create Confectionary added. In both ATLauncher and Curseforge, I install the Better Minecraft [FORGE] 1.18.2 v10 mod pack without the added mods and it launches fine, with no crash. I add Create, Flywheel, and Create Confectionary mods to the instance and it crashes on launch. No one else is having the issue on the server.
Things I've tried
- Made sure I have the exact same versions of the pack, Create, and even Java as the players it is working for.
- Have reinstalled Minecraft, Java, mod managers, packs, Create, etc several times.
- Tried several different versions of Forge
- Tried different allocations of memory (default 4GB, 8GB, 12GB+)
- Made sure I or anyone else who it works for were not using any texture or resource packs
It's important to note that the server was using the v9 mod pack before and was working for me then but ever since it updated to v10, adding Create to my instance has caused Minecraft to crash on launch.
Reproduction Steps
- Install Better Minecraft [FORGE] 1.18.2 v10 mod pack on a mod manager (AT or Curseforge)
- Add mods to the instance: Create, Flywheel, and Create Confectionary
- Launch instance
Expected Result
Expect Minecraft mod pack to launch with Create without crashing

After two days of trying to fix the issue, it suddenly works. I installed the instance in ATLauncher, it crashed, restarted ATLauncher, and it worked. Not sure what causes this but glad it works.
