Harvester should be able to be placed facing vertically as well as horizontally

Describe the Suggestion

Currently the harvester can only be placed facing sideways. It should be possible to orient it facing up or down as well.

Upward-facing harvesters don't seem that useful, but downward-facing ones can save quite a bit of space!
