Belt splitting (with wrench) and merging (with belt) should be added to ponder

Describe the Suggestion
In the belt ponder scene there is currently no info about the recently added mechanic - merging two consecutive belts into one but clicking with a belt between them, as well as splitting an existing belt into 2 parts using a wrench.
It should be added somewhere.
