Describe the Bug

When a redstone link pair is placed in the same chunk the lighting glitches out so it becomes completely dark, server recognizes it as dark as well since mobs instantly start spawning even when its above ground in the middle of the day

The problem remains even after removing the redstone links from the chunk

I'm not seeing anything mentioned in latest log so i truly don't know what is causing it

This is happening in the Better Minecraft Plus [Forge] 1.18.2 modpack
I'm currently trying to reproduce it with fewer mods but so far havent been able to do it

Reproduction Steps

1. Turn on chunk borders
2. Place a redstone link pair in the same chunk
3. Relog
4. Chunk is now dark

Expected Result

That torches still work in the chunk with a redstone link

This is an issue with Phosphor. BMC+ 1.18.2 contains a forge port for it, but it applies to both platforms: CaffeineMC/phosphor-fabric#82
For now, you could remove Phosphor/Radon.
