Infinite fluids.

Describe the Bug
With 2 Hose Pully and 2 fluid storage blocks like Thermals Cells you can create infinite of any placeable fluid even with the 10, 000 block is infinite in the config disable.
The Pulleys are actually placing / remoting the liquid as you can see them in a wave like pattern placing and extracting rapidly.
This was also a issue in older versions like 1.16 if that helps.
Reproduction Steps
- Build a small 1 deep pool say 5x5.
- Place 1 hose pully in 1 corner and another in the diagonal opposite.
- Place a Thermal Cell on each pully, 1 set to Output and the other set to Input.
- Lower the Hose Pulleys down.
- Fill the Output cell with enough fluid to fill in the area you created plus a few blocks worth more.
- The hose pully should now fill the area and when it reaches the other side the other Pulley will start to extract the fluid and the other cell will start to fill.
...
Expected Result
No to be infinite fluid.
