Describe the Bug

Funnel in absorption mode (arrow pointing in the direction of the base of the funnel instead of outward) on moving contraption don't absorb colliding item entities when on a moving contraption (as described in the wiki: https://create.fandom.com/wiki/Contraption)

Reproduction Steps

1.assemble a contraption with at least a valid inventory (chest/barrel/etc) and a funnel in insert mode
2.while the contraption is moving, drop item around and on the funnel to make sure they are in contact
3.the item will not be absorbed

Expected Result

the items should be absorbed and put in a valid inventory inside the contraption

Funnels in contraptions only suck in items when they change blocks, So if a contraption is stationary, it won't suck in items.

Tested both with extending/retracting piston and moving minecart, does not work (probably should have made a video if a screen is confusing you)
