Funnels' interaction behaviour with contraption inventory varies if being *steady* and facing different directions.

Describe the Bug
When the contraption moves, a steady funnel:
- will work if facing East / South / Up
- won't work if facing West / North / Down
Reproduction Steps
- Place a mechanical bearing facing any direction.
- Attach a chest to it.
- Insert something into the chest.
- Attach a funnel at the contraption's rotating axis facing the same axis.
- Rotate the contraption.
- Repeat 1-5 with the contraption / funnel facing the opposite direction.
Expected Result
The funnel should either extract the items from the chest or do nothing at all when facing different directions.

I can't seem to replicate this issue. I built the same thing you built in the video but spits out items as it should.
Edit: Not sure why that works, but funnels in contraptions only drop (or suck in) items when they move blocks. Since the funnel in your contraption only rotates and doesn't move, it doesn't do anything because it isn't changing blocks.

I investigated a little further and found this behaviour even weirder: the funnel will output from the contraption inventory if and only if the funnel was facing East / South / Up (Positive X / Y / Z), otherwise it won't do anything.
EDIT: Ah, so seems the problem is when facing certain directions, the funnel WILL output items from the contraption inventory even not changing blocks. Changed the issue title to be more specific.
