Schematicannon cannot print empty schematics

Describe the Bug
When trying to print an empty schematic using schematicannon, it gives the "Schematic File Expired" error and refused to do the printing.
Reproduction Steps
- Use schematic and quill and select an empty region (air).
- Load the schematic and use it on a schematicannon.
- Select the "Replace Solid with Any" option in the schematicannon.
- Fire the cannon.
Expected Result
The schematicannon clears up the target region with air.
