1.18.2 Windmills lighting sometimes glitches out if built at night

Describe the Bug

Hi, it appears that Windmills that are built at night sometimes have their lighting glitched out. They then look like this:

Apparently that turning the Windmill off and on again at the bearing during day seems to fix it.

Versions:
Minecraft 1.18.2
Forge 40.1.31
Create create-mc1.18.2_v0.4.1.jar
Modpack FTB Plexiglass Mountain 1.0.2

Note: There isn't Phosphor or any fork of the mod in that modpack

Reproduction Steps

  1. Build a few windmills at night, in Creative
  2. Turn them on
  3. Make it day
  4. Notice how one of them might have glitched lighting
  5. Turn off that problematic Windmill at the bearing and on again
  6. Notice the lighting bug is gone

Expected Result

The Windmill should not have a lighting glitch
