Game crashes when opening Create's creative tab or survival inventory

Describe the Bug
When I open the creative survival inventory, or Create's creative tab, the game crashes. This occurs only on my server, and not on a local world.
Reproduction Steps
I'm not sure if this is reproducible, as it's only happening for me on my server.
Expected Result
The game doesn't crash

Randomly started happening today. Initially, I could open the creative inventory with no issue, but survival inventory and create tab would not open. After a while, I couldn't open the inventory at all, but this reverted to how it was at first.
Hey @znepb, I know it's been a while, but if you're still having this issue, I found a fix in #4572. You just have to remove Create Crafts & Additions. It appears that was causing the problem for me.
