Bottom face textures on Spout become invisible when on top of block

Describe the Bug
When a spout is placed on top of a solid block the textures on all of the bottom faces become invisible, Does not happen with transparent blocks such as glass.
Reproduction Steps
- Place Non-Transparent Block
- Place Spout on top of block
- Look at from below
Expected Result
Textures not turning transparent when on top of solid block

This only happens when its on top of a block, Tried the sides and top and it didn't happen
