Schematicannon is not deploying create objects

Describe the Bug
When I am trying to deploy a contraption that uses things like shafts, cogwheels,
Reproduction Steps
- Get schematic from schematic table
- Place schematic in cannon
- Retrieve material list using book
- Book does not contain all the materials needed to build
- Place materials from book in cannon
- Cannon finishes, but it is obviously not finished as none of the items from the create mod are in it and it looks nothing like how it should be
...
Expected Result
I would expect that the material book would give all the items that are in the schematic, and the cannon would build the whole thing and not just the non-create parts
