Rope pulley Rendering incorrectly

Describe the Bug
When using a rope pulley with Better Minecraft plus 1.18.2, it renders with the rope missing, and extended rope will only render when still.
Reproduction Steps
1.Place a rope pully
2.Observe
Expected Result
The rope pulley should render correctly instead of having a blank hole in the center

all Create addons were removed in order to run the current version of Create. Also removed entity culling because it made trains invisible.
Additional Context
This issue is also present when using version 0.4 of create
The same issue is present when using Forge 40.1.68 Create 0.5.0d with Rubidium 0.5.3a, Oculus 1.2.5a, and Complementary Shaders 4.6. When moving, the structure attached to the pulley is rendered correctly, but the rope is not. When the contraption stops, the rope becomes visible again, but not the part inside the Rope Pulley block.
Same here with forge 40.1.73 with:
create-1.18.2-0.5.0.d
oculus-mc1.18.2-1.2.5a
rubidium-0.5.3
rubidium_extras-1.18.2_v1.3.2
and ComplementaryShaders_v4.5.1
Turning on compatibility mode in Complementary Shaders has no change.
quick edit: the hose pulley renders just fine with the same configuration.
