Describe the Bug
Super Glue with the Unbreaking or Eternal Stella from Forbidden and Arcanus (does the same thing) flag can not be used to glue an area
Reproduction Steps
/give @s create:super_glue{Unbreakable:1b}/ Apply Eternal Stella from Forbidden and Arcanus- Attempt to glue an area
Expected Result
Glue gets applied to the selection

Additional Context
When an additional Super Glue item is present in the players inventory, the area gets glued just as expected, however, the durability of the additional item is used, but not the durability of the held one.
Can also confirm this is an issue that happens with both the unbreakable tag and eternal modifier in the CABIN modpack.

This is still an issue with Eternal Super Glue (apply an eternal stella to super glue) in Minecraft 1.19.2.

This issue also occurs when using Spectrum's Indestructible enchantment.

This instance of the bug in question was found in a custom modpack, and I have not listed any mods that I do not have reason to believe might be involved.
