Material Checklist (Schematicannon) does not include all parts

Describe the Bug
A schematic for a kelp farm, while properly printing in creative mode, is missing several parts in a generated schematicannon material checklist, such as a mechanical press, 4 sails, 4 mechanical harvesters, 2 brass funnels, an encased fan, a windmill bearing, 15 radial chassis, and various cogs and shafts.
Reproduction Steps
- GitHub will not allow for the upload of a schematic, but I suspect building any selection of the aforementioned parts would suffice. (Brass funnels, encased fan, windmill bearing)
- Use schematic and quill to save a schematic of a structure
- Load schematic at schematic table
- Choose location in world for schematic
- Place schematic in schematicannon
- place book in "material checklist slot"
- observe missing parts in checklist
...
Expected Result
Material checklist would include all parts required to construct schematic using the schematicannon

No other mods were in use in the build or the repro steps, I was however running the All the Mods 7 modpack.
Additional Context
I have centered the build almost entirely within 1 chunk. There are some non-moving parts that are not within the same chunk, but they are not among those missing from the checklist.
