Describe the Bug

While updating to the latest version of create I realized that ProjectE's Emc Function had been overwritten/Disabled. Personal Mod pack.

Reproduction Steps

1.Run Forge - 40.1.53
2. Install Latest Version of Create & Flywheel.
3. Install ProjectE
4. ProjectE EMC values are now disabled.

Expected Result

I expected the mods to function as normal, meaning present EMC values.
