Describe the Bug

I renamed a train station after I used a map on it. It crashed the game when I looked at the map again.

Reproduction Steps

1. Install the mods I had
2. Place train station
3. Use map on train station
4. Rename train station
5. Look at the map
   (I was playing on a flat world on the red stone ready preset)

Expected Result

The game freezes for a moment and crashes with exit code -1 and the minecraft launcher will say, Problem with ticking player, or something like that with "java.util.ConcurrentModificationException: null".
After this opening the world would result in the same crash.
