The creative worldshaper does not work on mechanical drills

Reproduction Steps

1. Attempt to copy a mechanical drill with the creative worldshaper
2. The worldshaper will not copy the block and instead produce particles as though you are trying to break it

Expected Result

The worldshaper would copy the drill, and then be able to paste it
