Describe the Bug

I have the deployer in the right position at multiple angles and it has wheat and wheat filter. It goes into the cows a doesnt breed them. Im playing Valhelsia enhanced 1.2.3 fabric and idk what the issue is.

Not much to reproduce it just doesnt work

Bred cows and wheat consumed making baby cow
