Server with existing world fails to load Create 0.5

Describe the Bug
We're bumping the create version from 0.4 to 0.5 and noticed that our server is having an issue restarting and loading with the new mod, which doesn't happen for clients and wondering if anyone has seen this before or has any tips for debugging:

Note that this only happens for this existing world, fresh world gen works fine as expected. Typically I wouldn't be that surprised to it breaking on an existing world, but it's weird that this only crashes for servers and not clients with existing worlds.

Reproduction Steps
- Create a server with the create mod @ version 0.4 loaded let world gen happen.
- Update Create mod and dependencies to the latest supported version (Create 0.5 at the time of writing this the latest available is 0.5b) Note: Retried with 0.5c but same issue.
- Restart the server.
If you're unable to reproduce this directly with those steps I can upload and supply a copy of the server data via a blob store if that's of any help.
Expected Result
Slightly N/A
It would be nice for worlds to be compatible, but equally, this might just not be possible. Still, I think it should(?) be possible considering client works aren't running into this issue as far as I can tell.
