Describe the Suggestion

train tracks are unable to moved as a contraption but i feel they should be able to. also vanilla rails and train tracks should drag carts or trains with them. if able the train tracks should be limited to motion from pulleys or mechanical pistons so that the trains still cant include the track if glue is used wrong.

i thought of this because i wanted to make a lift for a train to go down into a mine without taking up a huge amount of space. it also might look cool.

Not just lifts, but turntables too!
But that would make it incompatible with the automatic schedule
