Off-hand item gets placed when manually creating Andesite Casing

Describe the Bug

When manually creating Andesite Casing by right-clicking on a stripped log with Andesite Alloy held in the main hand, if the offhand contains torches, the Andesite Casing gets created while simultaneously a torch gets placed on the targeted block.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Place a stripped log in the world
  2. Hold a torch in the off-hand, and Andesite Alloy in the main hand
  3. Right-click on the stripped log

Expected Result

I expect the log to turn into an Andesite Casing block. This happens, but simultaneously a torch gets placed on that block, which shouldn't happen.
