Describe the Suggestion

A block that would make nixie tubes flash using a display link when powered by redstone.

Imagine the bedrock to be the block, the block would be powered by redstone and would give the nixie tubes the signal to flash.

Additional Context

The idea of using the display link on the train blocks could also be used in #3278 as i commented there.

The block can be powered with the signal of a train observer.

The block should probably look similar to the other train blocks (station, signal, observer)

I agree with the use of display link on train blocks, it would be good to be able to remotely display the train signal especially if it allowed displaying their output in several places at once.

Also, it is possible to do this already using custom names for items and using a display link to send them, although it doesn't look nearly as good.
