when i try to generate power with maga/lava it doesn't do anything

2. put a down facing fan ontop of magma
3. power the fan
   ...

"Encased fans can no longer be powered" implies "Encased fans can no longer be powered by magma blocks".

Fans do not generate power at all starting in 0.5.
