Train not assembling, even though I did all the steps

EDIT: There was no bug, I was just being stupid.
Describe the Bug
I do not know if this is a bug or that I'm just stupid, but whenever I follow the steps to assemble a train, it keeps giving me an error saying that it requires at least 1 forward facing controls block needs to be mounted on the train, even though there is one! I've tried super glue, put the control block facing forwards, but it wouldn't assemble. If this is a bug, then please fix it.
Reproduction Steps
- Place train track
- Place train station block
- try to assemble train as you usually would.
Expected Result
What I expected to happen was for the train to assemble instead of giving me an error.

Do you think that your train controls are forward facing when they are facing the places where next bogeys could be?
Doesn't seem to be forward facing to me.
