Describe the Bug

The mechanical water pump always stops draining water from the water source after a certain time, estimate around 1 hour or maybe longer, using wrench removing it and placing it will work again as usual, or sometimes swapping their direction with right click also fixes it.

Reproduction Steps

1. Make a boiler, steam engine, and blaze burner or anything that uses water such as spout.
2. Adds mechanical pump and drain water from water source, infinite water source 4x4 or any.
3. Make sure there are water consumed in process and being refilled from the mechanical pump.
4. Wait for a certain period of time.
5. The mechanical pump stops working, even it shows it is still rotating in visual, but no water is getting pumped.
   ...

Expected Result

The mechanical pump should keep pumping water as long as it is spinning.

There should be a boiler room not far on the south east from spawn point, using the map to see should be quite obvious, aside from the boiler room, there's also a small farm with automated food which also uses mechanical pump having the same issue too.
