Train Stations should have the option to load the chunks around them.

Describe the Suggestion
In my opinion the stations should have an option to enable chunkloading around them, in order to make item transport more automatic. I know that you could build a vanilla chunk loader, but I think everyone is more happy with less trouble to go through :)
