Describe the Bug

Just wanted to let someone know that it looks like the Steam Engine tooltip is displaying the wrong information about its stress capacity. It states that it can generate at 1,024x RPM, up to a max of 65,536su, but this doesn't seem to be right as each engine at their max power only seem to generate 16,384su at 64 RPM, which would make the generation rate 256x RPM instead. As I mentioned on reddit it's nothing super crucial as steam engines are still the de facto best generators we have atm, but I thought it was an important discrepancy to point out.

Reproduction Steps

1. View the tooltip of the Steam Engine in-game

Expected Result

It should display 256x RPM for a stress capacity instead of 1,024x RPM
