Deployers used to place blocks from schematic right click trapdoors on placement

Describe the Bug

When a deployer is given a schematic as a filter, and placed on a moving contraption, trapdoors placed by the deployer are seemingly right-clicked by the deployer immediately on placement, such that their open/close status is inverse to the schematic.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Build any simple contraption with a deployer set to place blocks via schematic filter containing at least one trapdoor.
  2. Run contraption and observe trapdoor status vs original schematic.

Expected Result

Placed trapdoors to retrain the same open/close status as in the schematic.
