When chunk unloaded, redstone link recieving extractors don't remember their state on chunk reload

When leaving the base for exploring, the chunks, containing link receiving extractors get unloaded. Coming back home, chunks get reloaded, but all extractors are on default value "open", not remembering their last value / checking link signals to restore their state.
This issue has been marked as stale because it has been inactive for 3 weeks. It will be closed if it remains inactive for another 3 weeks.
