Describe the Bug

I try to launch the game and Create fails to load, alongside Create: Steam Powered (making a report there too)
I tested with both mods alone and both still fail

Reproduction Steps

1. Make a profile with the latest version and Flywheel
2. Launch game
3. Get error of failure to load

Expected Result

I expect it to let me play (can't exactly get more concise than that)

This issue is not related to create and is caused by a addon mod/another mod.

steam powered isnt up to date with create 0.5
