So i imported an schematic via nbt file at a server. But it doesnt show a ghost mode where i can watch the building so i can properly rotate and stuff.
Thanks for reporting, I'll need some more details, though.
- Have you deployed it already? (info)
- Was it given to you by another player?
- Is it rendering the boundaries?
-Its not deploying sadly but it says syncing when right clicking and loads for some seconds.
-Made it myself
-Not even boundaries show up
How did you create the Schematic, was it with the in-game item or through other means?
Can you track down the file in your instance folder?
yea it was a schematic from another world. On the server there is a new folder called schematics where a nbt file is placed. Exactly the one i uploaded via schematic table.
In order for the schematic to work, the following has to be true:
- On your client instance, there exists a folder
schematics/
with the nbt file inside. - After using the Schematic Table, the server should've created a
schematics/uploaded/<playername>/
folder with an exact copy of that file including its name. - The item needs to show the filename of your schematic
Is this the case?
Yes to all 3 points. I think i found the issue. The schematic i tried to copy is from 1.13 world. Could that be the problem?
It's certainly possible. Have you tried loading your world in 1.14 and using Create's Schematic and Quill to save your structure?
