Describe the Bug

Outlines of certain features, like the Redstone link red outline when placing a block, do not appear.
Tested outlines that do not function/appear:
-Super Glue placement
-Train Tracks placement
-Redstone Link placement
-Item Funnels & Filters

Reproduction Steps

1. Try placing any of the blocks listed in the description.

Expected Result

Expected to have outline animations appear.

SOLVED: It was the mod Tempad. Basically, it breaks how the hologram textures appear.
