Pipe texture broken

Describe the Bug
When a vertical piece of fluid pipe has a block on top, part of the texture goes missing.
This only happens with non-transparent blocks.
If the pipe is longer than one block, this only affects the topmost piece.
Reproduction Steps
- Place a vertical fluid pipe
- Place a solid blick on top of it
Expected Result
Pipe looking normal.
