Describe the Suggestion

While the steam engine is great, it's essentially just a more decorative version of the creative motor. It runs forever without consuming fuel. The furnace engine at least consumed fuel to operate.

The train suffers from the same problem. Sure, it will consume fuel to move faster, but that's optional.

You can configure the trains in world basis. Head into Trains section in Gameplay config. Don't touch on "Powered Train Stats" and set everything to zero in "Train Stats".
By doing this trains will no longer be able to run without fuel in it.
