Additional Train Signals for Manually Driving Trains

Describe the Suggestion
Currently, manually controlling trains on a track with scheduled trains can be dangerous because while scheduled trains can instantly stop at red signals to prevent a crash, player-controlled trains cannot. This means that a player can crash because the red light was obstructed from view and they didn't have time to stop, or if they didn’t know how soon to start braking.
I propose adding Chained Warning Signals. These would turn the nixie tube yellow when the signal in front is red to warn the player to start braking. Note that it doesn’t turn yellow before the signal turns red like some car traffic lights since it is impossible to know the path another player-controlled train will take.
Scheduled trains would ignore chained warning signals since they already know when to start braking, and can stop instantly if needed. This is purely for players.
