Crashes while trying to render hexerei:crow as a train operator

Describe the Bug
NullPointerException rendering a hexerei:crow as a train operator (due to the operator hat).
Reproduction Steps
- Put a
hexerei:crow(from All the Mods 7-0.4.21 if that matters) onto a train - Apply a Train Schedule, making the entity the operator
It kept crashing until i killed all hexerei:crow entities.
Expected Result
The mod should try its best at rendering the operator hat, and give up if it can't, instead of crashing.
