MC 1.18.1 worlds begun with create version 0.4f cannot be updated to MC 1.18.2/Create 0.5c

Describe the Bug
My world(s) started in 1.18.1 cannot be opened successfully in 1.18.2, even if the world was only created in 1.18.1 and nothing in the world was actually built.
Reproduction Steps
- Create a world in 1.18.1 with the create mod (ver 0.4f) and flywheel mod (ver 1.18-0.6.1.63) active.
- Create a curseforge profile for MC 1.18.2 with the updated mod versions.
- Copy the world save over from the 1.18.1 profile to the new 1.18.2 profile.
- Attempt to play the world
- Receive error message and be unable to play: See Image 1
Expected Result
A successful update to 1.18.2 and create 0.5.

Additional Context
Based on the warnings text, it looks like the create mod is causing the old world to continue searching for the incomplete cogwheel and furnace engine blocks/items even when trying to update to 0.5c. It also looks like the mod uses unexpected IDs for the new 0.5c blocks. I don't understand the "No value present" error's origin.
