portable storage interface attached to a minecart contraption going too fast disconnects from the other portable storage interface before unloading all the items.

Reproduction Steps

1. Minecart contraption going fast with a portable storage interface attached at the back(I don't know if the problem occurs when the portable storage interface is attached to the front, sides, up, or down)
   2 Minecart contraption makes a 90-degree turn and the portable storage interface connects to the other portable storage interface.
2. The portable storage interface disconnects and the minecart contraption continues going forward (Even when there are still loads of items inside the minecart contraption)
   .

Expected Result

The machine should stop, unload everything, and then start moving again.

The problem is only solved when the contraption is not moving
Slow minecart contraptions also disconnect eventually even if it still has items
This also occurs even if there is only one barrel
