Describe the Bug

Title says it all.

Reproduction Steps

Not Bucketing

  1. put water bucket in deployer's hands
  2. put catfish from Alex's Mobs in front of said deployer
  3. power deployer
  4. enjoy lack of results

Not Spawning Catfish From Bucket

  1. put catfish bucket in deployer's hands
  2. power deployer
  3. notice that only water comes out, and your cat fish has been erased from existence
  4. cry

Expected Result

Not Bucketing:
Catfish is put in the bucket.

Not Spawning Catfish from bucket:
Catfish is also spawned, and not banished to the shadow realm.
