[1.18.2] Item duplication. Effortless Building mod incompatibility.

Describe the Bug
Not sure if the issue is with Create or Effortless Building, but when you have an effortless building mode enabled and you use the Create wrench to break an item, the item is added to your inventory without actually breaking.
This is a pretty substantial bug because it's not limited to individual items: it will also duplicate items attached to deployers and items that are in basins, for instance.
Reproduction Steps
- Toggle an effortless building mode (ie a line)
- Hold the Create wrench and shift + right-clicking to break/dismantle a Create part.
- Watch as the item isn’t broken or dismantled but the item is added to your inventory as if it was.
Expected Result
For the item to be dissambled
