Toolboxes ranges is not consistent

Describe the Bug
When the toolboxes ranges is set to a high value (10000 block in my case)
The Access Nearby Toolboxes menu can't find toolboxes, even if there are in loaded chunks (loaded with FTB Chunks)
But the items can still be replenished.
The menu stop appearing at a chunk boundary
In the image below, if I move to the left chunk, the menu stop appearing.
Reproduction Steps
- Set a high value in the config to access the toolbox
- Go far away from the toolbox (but not a far as the 1st value)
- Try to access the nearby toolbox
Expected Result
Accessing the nearby toolboxes must not be lower than the range value in the config.
